Premium features will be unlocked immediately after in-app purchase payment is completed.

Payment Deadline

In-app purchases are settled immediately at the time of purchase.

Returns and Cancellations

Digital content (premium features) provided by the App cannot be returned or cancelled in principle for the following reasons:

Due to the nature of digital content, functions are provided immediately after purchase and usage begins
To comply with the Apple App Store/Google Play Store terms of use

Exceptional Refund Support

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

When purchased premium features cannot be used at all due to a major App malfunction
When unintended duplicate purchases occur due to system errors
When purchases are made by minors without parental consent (limited to requests from parents/guardians)
When there are other reasons deemed legitimate by us

Purchase date and time
Purchase platform (App Store/Google Play)
Receipt number or order number at the time of purchase
Reason for requesting a refund
